Russia just needs to 'join the club'......problem solved!!!
Programming and brain washing are sometimes difficult to detect. However, that is no excuse for neglecting history.
If Russia petitioned to join NATO and asked for help with "renegade" provinces that harbored "international terrorists" the joke would be on NATO.
Russia has a long history of political and military duplicity. Hundreds of years in fact. Since their start as a City State, they have been relentless in their expansionism, resulting in the largest country in the world. This did not happen by chance or by willingness of other countries and other races. It was done by brute force, murder of millions over hundreds of years. Russia has always made England look like a piker when it came to subjugating other peoples, other lands. Sometime when you have a few minutes review their actions in Hawaii and North America. They tried twice to subdue Hawaii. Their final effort had written orders, which are available for reading, orders telling the troops to kill all the Hawaiian natives that resisted, and murder any and all foreigners in Hawaii. There is still a Russian Fort Elisabeth on Hawaii. It is an excellent tourist attraction. I know of no American Forts in Russia. Also available are the intercepted cables prior and during Korean War, among Russia, China and North Korea. It is obvious to anyone reading the cables that Russia is planning the whole affair, but the fighting. When Inchon happened, Stalin at once tells Mao to send five divisions of Chinese to bail out the Koreans. Russia sat there with clean hands all during the war. Hundreds of thousands of Chinese and Koreans died. Never trust a Russian, your life depends on it.
