Former President George W. Bush spoke to 'FOX & Friends' about his brother Jeb, his relationship with Obama and the rise of ISIS in the Middle East. President George W. Bush says his brother Jeb would like to enter the family business of presidential politics. “I think he wants to be President, I think he’d be a great President," Bush told "FOX & Friends" on Thursday as the President marks the start of the fourth annual Warrior Open golf tournament in Dallas to honor veterans. “He understands what it’s like to be President … he’s seen his dad, he’s seen his brother. He’s a very thoughtful man and he’s weighing his options.” The younger Bush joined the 43rd President in Dallas on Wednesday for a conversation at Bush’s Presidential Center. “I, of course, was pushing him to run for President, he, of course, was saying, ‘I haven’t made up my mind,’ and I truly don’t think he has," he said of their brotherly chat. “I don’t think he liked it that his older brother was pushing him.” Bush also spoke about his views of the current President, diplomatically sidestepping Obama's decision to pull troops out of Iraq following Bush's 2003 invasion. Though Bush supported leaving a residual force in Iraq, Bush said he's not one to question Obama. “The President has to make the choices he thinks are important. I’m not going to second guess our President. I understand how tough the job is. To have a former President bloviating or second guessing, I don’t think is good for the presidency or the country. He and his team will make the best informed decisions they can make.” When it comes to Obama, FOX asked Bush about his biannual calls to Bill Clinton when Bush was in the White House and whether or not Obama calls Bush for advice. Besides Obama’s phone call in 2011 to alert his predecessor of the death of Osama bin Laden, the pair aren’t phone buddies. “He’s not (calling) on a regular basis — which is OK, it doesn’t hurt my feelings." It is hard to imagine a more dismal election than another Bush vs Clinton scenario. The potential excitement of the American people for this is almost palpable. Jeb Bush may be less of a Neocon than Hillary, but the voters will choose Clinton over Bush as a matter of course. John Howard says: There are 4 schools of economics: Democrats don't mind war as long as they can have big government. Republicans don't mind big government as long as they can have war.
