He might construe that as a threat and shoot you claiming he feared for his life. I know it's a little more than six words but I would tell him when he asked if he could search the car that I do not consent to any search without a warrant. It's not that hard for them to get but I believe in making them jump through all the hoops you can if they are messing with you for no reason.
