Someone should do a song about 11.22.1963, "The Day the Republic Died".

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

Also, JFK was a US Senator from '53 - '60.

Hardly any mention of Kennedy murder and coup d' etat this year.

No, I didn't hear or read anything other than in this article; which really isn't about JFK.

Video

It was nearly December. I wonder why John-John had to wear shorts that day instead of long trousers and Caroline had to wear short socks instead of knee-highs or tights. They were probably cold.

Edited for spacing.

I'm guessing for the same reason that Jackie didn't change out of her blood-splattered pink outfit on that day from hell.

You might like this article:

This explains a lot, doesn’t it? - Georgia Outdoor News Forum [The Roswell Incident]

The year was 1947. Some of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, a little more than 67 years ago, numerous witnesses claim that an Unidentified Flying Object, (UFO), with five aliens aboard, crashed [...] outside Roswell , New Mexico .

However, what you may NOT know is that in the month of April, year 1948, nine months after the historic day, the following people were born:

Barrack Obama Sr.
Albert A. Gore, Jr.
Hillary Rodham
William J. Clinton
John F. Kerry
Howard Dean
Nancy Pelosi
Dianne Feinstein
Charles E. Schumer
Barbara Boxer
Joe Biden

I truly hope this bit of information clears up a lot of things for you. It certainly did for me.

And now you can stop wondering why they support the bill to help all Illegal Aliens.

Edited link format.

That birthday info is too false for words.

It wasn't all that blood splattered, considering. The back of her outfit evidently wasn't blood smeared either, as would be likely after she moved back to the seat of the car where he had slumped over. I'd rather not discuss it at this time, though, because I know the boundaries of acceptable debate about the subject don't extend that far for such unorthodox questioning and I'd rather not get "electrocuted" or blacklisted over it.

I didn't check but think the article was meant mainly as a joke about illegal aliens [Edit to add: and their political allies].

Jack London

Author,
Journalist
(1876–1916)

Jack London's first wife was named Bess, who he divorced after 5 years to marry a woman named Charmian who was 5 years older than him. They became friends with Harry Houdini (aka Erik Weisz aka Ehrich Weiss from Hungary -- thought to have acted as a secret agent/spy sometimes) and his wife who, coincidently, was also named Bess (aka Wilhelmina Beatrice Rahner aka Bessie Raymond aka Beatrice Rohner). Haven't found it suggested anywhere that Bess Houdini was Bess London but the Houdini's were married 3 times, according to her: in a civil ceremony, by a rabbi, and by a Catholic priest. Jack London died about a year after the Houdini's and the London's became friends and not very long after, London's wife, Charmian, and Harry Houdini became romantically involved. Houdini lived for about 8 more years. Just FYI on that.

Oh, OK...I took it literally, my bad.

No problem. :) I was wondering myself just yesterday where my sense of humor went missing.
