Some interesting points:

1. To my knowledge, World AIDS victim count has never reached 2 billion. Some 60 million are today infected, for example: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epidemiology_of_HIV/AIDS.
2. RFID pet chips are not visible to satellites, as far as I know.
3. Cooper's analysis of the JFK shooting doesn't make sense to me (I've seen his film).
4. Cooper himself admitted that his alien analysis was possibly wrong.
5. The notion that fascism = communism is a dangerous equivocation.

1. Asserts that bin Laden was a CIA asset to replace Saddam Hussein as a bogeyman.
2. Scoffs at the Timothy McVeigh/Terry Nichols linkage to bin Laden. (More at http://globalresearch.ca/articles/KUP310C.html).
3. US PTB must do something terrible to stop backlash against government lawlessness.
4. Patriots will side with the restoration of the government on two fronts: against communist revolution and tyrannical counter-revolutionary forces.
5. World government is communist/Soviet style system that happen to use Jews because of their lack of a nation to which they can be loyal.

RFID pet chips are not visible to satellites, as far as I know.

The capability exists. The patents I've seen call for the scanning device to provide the data uplink to the satellites.

Sure, but if your pet is in suburban forest or a field somewhere, there aren't going to be any RFID scanners nearby. I doubt that cities will want to implement pet RFID scanners densely enough to locate pets. Chances are veterinarians and animal rescue units are the only one with a compatible reader. Not only that but those units would have to be equipped with satellite up-links which are expensive and unnecessary for the application.

In the present we're seeing local-area RFID implementations in stores, libraries, and warehouses/manufacturing lines. I'd imagine that they're available in some airports as well.

In the future urban centers may eventually implement something like RFID scanning for automobiles and even humans, but clearly Cooper is leaving out a lot of detail in his statement on pet RFIDs. He talks about satellite uplinks as if they exist inside the chip, which isn't practical now even. Someday yes, maybe. My point is that he's exaggerating. Why? Drama captures attention, and he did deserve attention.

I think he did some damage with his book, A Pale Horse. People who think aliens are behind our loss of freedom might be right but the evidence is lacking. To finally end his days with a quick prediction of something like 9/11 and a police shootout was an ignominious way to wrap up a career in persuading others to look for aliens just to change his mind.
