This is a rebuttal addressed to His Eminence Timothy Michael Dolan Archbishop of the Archdiocese of New York, by a Catholic civil rights advocate. Archbishop Dolan recently penned a message of condolence entitled 'Peace Officers' for the two slain NYPD police officers, and I thought it deserved a response. In his letter, Dolan claimed "police officers are on our side" and "we owe them our deep respect and gratitude." He added that "they are unflagging in their attempts at reform and improvement. They humbly admit shortcomings, and seem to welcome criticism and review, as long as its offered civilly and fairly... all our devoted police force, are truly peace officers."

To top it off, Dolan said "While a shrill but tiny minority might try to malign them as less than agents of peace and justice, our valiant police force are protectors of the sacredness of human life and the dignity of the human person."

THAT is the part that required me to write this open letter to him.

I want whatever Dolan's smoking.

Perhaps the good Friar should try selling some loosies on the sidewalk as a fundraiser.

"...Don't tell me that government agents are saints. Speaking of war, by the way, where is the Catholic opposition to all these evil, illegal preemptive wars? One hears nothing but crickets. Where is the principled outspoken Catholic opposition to torture? The U.S. Government actually says that they can crush children's testicles under the guise of fighting so-called terrorism Where is the excorcist when you need one? U.S. soldiers raped Iraqi boys in front of their mothers! Slicing the genetalia of detainees in the name of fighting terrorism? This is all satanic. What happend to the Just War Doctrine of Christianity?

The government also lied to NYPD officers about 9/11 enviro-toxins, and officers continue to die every year from the deadly poison they were exposed to.

It's time to wake up, people. Archbishop Dolan, how can you compare an organization with such a dicumented track record to the Blessed Virgin Mary or to canonized saints?? Such an absurd comparison does nothing less than to shock the conscience."

That was an excellent letter. Let us know what kind of response you get (if any).

I'd call the cops on him like a good narc citizen.

Then the cops could go 'roid on him if he didn't obey their barked orders.

Thanks. Ive only sent two letters to a bishop in my life. the first was in 2003 when catholic churches were hosting meetings given by a rabidly pro-abortion, pro homo senator who wanted to give licenses to illegal aliens. I asked them why they were promoting such a politician at their churches when their own doctrine states that we are forbidden to support such ideals.

it got a lot of attention on the radio and at one of the events, which I crashed, the senators aide came up to me to try to get me to turn off my camera and leave. and a mainstream newspaper reporter came up to interview me and he told me that the bishop received my letter. they never replied to me at all though. yet they talked to the newspaper about it. wow, that was weird. lol!

the other letter was in 2008 when mike Reagan threatened to murder peace activist mark dice on national radio. infowars was running my coverage of this and Reagan was actually on the board of directors of an LA Catholic school. Reagan- who also advocated murdering muslim babies on air. I asked the school and archdiocese why they allowed such a person to serve on a catholic school board. I had a petition with almost 1,000 signatures- ncluding college professors, military men, etc.. and hand delivered it to the LA Archdiocese HQ and another to the school itself.

NO ONE ever replied to that either. there is a great deal of evil and corruption out there for sure.

So I guess it's fine, according to some, to promote faggotry and the murder of babies in the Catholic church???

WOW, man.

that pope in the 60's was right when he said "the smoke of satan has entered the sanctuary."

It's just not the Catholic Church, either; the main reason that I no longer participate in "organized religion."

My faith is between God and me.

Malachi Martin wrote fairly extensively about corruption in the church if I remember correctly.

You should have included this with your letter. The CC, led by a socialist pope, has been instrumental in waving illegals into America (for a hefty fee from the government). They have, long ago, lost any morality authority with thinking (former) Catholics.

That he did, I think I have a few interviews he had done in mp3 format.

In my opinion, and just from what I have read of his work, Malachi Martin was a good man.
