No victim, no crime. Not wearing a seat belt, "speeding," it's all bs until and unless you actually hurt someone else.
Well, blowback seems to be starting now. Unfortunately it's probably not the right kind. Tough to support either side but at the same time, tough to feel sorry for either as well.
Curious when even the Zio neocons start revolting.
Funny, my brother was stopped years ago for blowing through a construction zone with enormous fines, a long-term attachment of some sort and annual fees for five more years, and he was HOT about this victimless crime and the ridiculousness of it all. But he supports the same entities that do it regularly elsehwere.
Unfortunately our nation is chock full of hypocrites just like him.

Yeah, I agree. The cops and feds who should be targeted are those who have knowingly and willfully violated people's rights. Lon Horiuchi, the goon who shot Randy Weaver's wife who was "armed" with a baby, comes to mind. I am sure there are plenty more. But I don't go along with killing cops just to be killing cops. And I have no sympathy either for St. Michael Brown, the choirboy who assaulted a cop and then got what most people who assault cops get. There is enough wrongdoing on both sides of that mess to pick and choose from, a "target rich environment" as they say.
Americans who have no experience with, or knowledge of, tyranny believe that only terrorists will experience the unchecked power of the state. They will believe this until it happens to them, or their children, or their friends. Paul Craig Roberts
