I've been on a low-sugar diet lately, trying to reduce some belly fat.
In the past I have heard scientists say that high-fructose corn syrup and sugar metabolize into the same chemical in the body, so there is no health difference.
Then I read this story that backs up what many others have said, HFCS is bad stuff.
