The changing (downgraded) data on that over the decades alone discredits the movement. Then there are things like the Katyn Forest Massacre originally credited to the Germans now, over a half-century later, credited correctly.
It's kinda like the faulty notion that modern Middle East terrorism was first initiated by muslims when in fact it was the King David hotel bombing brought to us by you know who that first initiated the ME into such activity.
Factor in the Lavan Affair, the USS Liberty and a few other known catching them red-handed, and it definitely should make everyone wonder how many past such actions were really carried out in grand false flag style. I mean how much of a rube does one have to be to think that only those in which they were caught red-handed were the only ones.

It should but the opposite seems to be the trend currently as an overload shield or something. It's as if the more false flags are staged, the more those involved are overlooked to accuse spotters of the deceptions as the problem instead -- ticketed, so to speak, for exceeding a fishing limit beyond which it's too much for others to believe is possible. Rather like a defacto catch and release quietly order, else be charged with irrationally seeing every freaking thing as a false flag by those who don't want to think about something other than what the MSM spinners are spouting -- unless you happen to hear otherwise from those reflexive deniers.
