Appearing in a documentary about how the FBI entraps and provocateurs terror suspects, former FBI assistant director Thomas Fuentes admits that the federal agency needs to “keep fear alive” in order to justify budget increases.

Common sense.

Even more so when terrorism is what, 500th on the list of reasons why Americans die. First and foremost are things where the FDA "dropped the ball" (translation: were in bed with Big Med) over the years and ongoing today.

Meanwhile, the same people bitching about their loss of liberty, welcome the WoT with open arms as well as the FDA and all that it approves.

Fear runs very deep...even an amoeba recoils in fear. Unfortunate for humans, far more effort is exerted in fear creation than fear annihilation. Every institute to which humans hand over sovereignty stays in business via a continual diet of fear. It is a sad commentary that few investigate the source and who benefits from fear, instead opting to perpetuate and regurgitate the fear dispensed by others.
