Please spread the word rapidly that we have late breaking news tonight. Texas Governor Greg Abbot has just announced via his Twitter account that a United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas has ruled in favor of the 26 states suing Obama over his unlawful and unconstitutional amnesty decree!

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen has issued an injunction that should stop Obama's plan to begin processing illegals for amnesty and eventual citizenship on Feb 18!

His *ruling* will be stayed as it's based upon a bastardized reading of the Administrative Procedures Act...an act that's based in the reserved powers of the Executive Branch and one in which the States should have been ruled to have no standing to bring suit...

Then there's the general issue that States have no power to regulate immigration which this activist judge wholly ignored...

Well, it is quite possible that some nitwit judge at a higher level will see things like you do and oppose the common sense notion that Obama is not an emperor, despite what folks like you believe. And he has the duty, just like any other President, to protect the states from invasion. If you had ever glanced at the Constitution you might know that.

The INA GRANTS the executive branch (via DHS) the authority to grant parole to ANY alien regardless of their immigration status...

If they are all eligible for it then is shall be granted...I'd be surprised if it was any number that is significant...most South Africans have some sort of ancestral ties to England and can apply for citizenship there...
