Texas Governor Greg Abbot has just announced via his Twitter account that a United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas has ruled in favor of the 26 states suing Obama over his unlawful and unconstitutional amnesty decree!

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen has issued an injunction that should stop Obama's plan to begin processing illegals for amnesty and eventual citizenship on Feb 18!

Then there's the general issue that States have no power to regulate immigration which this activist judge wholly ignored...

Well, it is quite possible that some nitwit judge at a higher level will see things like you do and oppose the common sense notion that Obama is not an emperor, despite what folks like you believe. And he has the duty, just like any other President, to protect the states from invasion. If you had ever glanced at the Constitution you might know that.

To 5 MILLION of them at the same time? That is effin' absurd. And not only that but the Constitution overrides that bs you posted. There is a GUARANTEE in Article 4, section 4---"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;.." Ever heard of that? The national government has the duty to repel invasions, not facilitate them. And that is what your Kenyan is doing, facilitating an invasion.

The use of the word *invasion* means a *military force* and, at the time it was written, was referencing *Indians* and not people coming here looking to be hired by the same republicans who bitch about them being here...

I have a solution to the *illegal* immigration issue that is, in fact, quite simple...make hiring them a felony with mandatory jail time...start with all of the Red agri-business states...you'll never see that law enacted...least of all by a guy like Steven King or Ted Cruz whose benefactors depend on illegal immigrants to avoid paying middle class level wages...

Is that what the Constitution says? Do invaders have to be armed military forces to cause problems? No. And people like Obama say the states have the duty to accept all the illegals but they don't say how the states and counties are supposed to pay for the added burdens on the infrastructure and the welfare rolls and whatnot. Anyone who argues in favor of the illegal invasion of this country is not to be trusted.

That's what an invasion is. There has never been a law that designated any class of immigrant/migrant an invader.

Anyone who argues in favor of the illegal invasion of this country is not to be trusted.

Illegal immigration is like the weather,.,everyone talks about it but does nothing about it. My solution is simple and anyone who is *concerned* about it should be pushing for that law.

States do not have a republican form of govt. but I wouldn't blame Barry Soetero. However, I would charge the Kenyan with failing re: the invasion of the States. Those entering the country without being invited or seeking legitimate asylum are "INVADERS" !
