A better solution is to stop most welfare benefits; that would get rid of many illegals and get our able-bodied mooches off the dole at the same time. There needs to be a general health component to welfare testing. Period. I have a solution to the *illegal* immigration issue that is, in fact, quite simple...make hiring them a felony with mandatory jail time...

Long ago, several generations, it was suggested that if a female went on any welfare program, they had to be sterilized first. That would have put the brakes on runaway welfare costs. However, it was deemed too inhumane. In hindsight, it seems to have been a good idea. I second the motion.

It was very easy to arrive at that answer... You, yourself, stated that ethnicity *matters*... Thus, it's a given that when you respond, it's more important for you to make an *ethnic* point than a *cogent* point...
