It's probably not a good idea to troll the cops with a fake weed plant in public, and then intorm them that you're being treated for ptsd. Most people here have no idea what's out there, but I do. The doors to our psych hospitals were opened up thanks to a law suit by the ACLU. They fought for the right of serious ill ppl not to be confined for their safety and that of others. If you Google the word DEINSTITUTIONALIZATION you'll be able to read about what I witnessed years ago.
