They say something similar was cooked up here using F-86 wing tanks to deliver Coors to AFB's in the US.

That's funny, and flying at a certain height to ensure proper beer temp. Innovative in a jury-rigged sense to be sure.

On a more serious note, interesting how simple fear is the motivator for so much of the human-made debacles.
