Interesting. I see a lot of personal attacks on this thread but not ONE real post about the good and bad of any policies. No comparisons with other candidates.
Where do you see any personal attacks at all, Farmy? I see people disagreeing about specific issues, some being shot down where they'd begged for it. There's no reason to discuss Crudz' policies because he's a criminal, and we here are, I hope, the ones that have moved beyond comparing the relative merits of presidential criminals.
If Crudz wants to give us issues, he can start with copying David Duke's campaign platforms. But since you brought it up, here are issues from his little speechlet:
THE FANTASY: he asked the enthusiastic crowd to “imagine a president that finally, finally, finally secures the borders.” THE REALITY: We don't need closed borders, we need a return to pre-1965 immigration policy and enforcement. If you believe he actually plans to close the border anyway, you may need shock treatments. How many times have we heard this stuff from his ilk? "W" made the most conservative promises anybody ever did. The commie bastard obviously didn't mean a DAMNED word of it, because he did the exact opposite of what he promised.
THE FANTASY: “Imagine a simple flat tax,” he said. “Imagine abolishing the IRS.” THE REALITY: He'll abolish the IRS in a pig's eye, and Flat Tax is a tax SHIFT. What's wrong with Ron Paul's mandate to replace the income tax with nothing? Either Ron Paul is mad, or these neocons are evil.
THE FANTASY: “Instead of a president who boycotts Prime Minister Netanyahu, imagine a president who stands unapologetically with the nation of Israel.” NUFF SAID. Crudz is clinically insane if he thinks we need more Zionism. Israel is a prophetic counterfeit and the “special relationship” is giving amerika terminal VD. (Yeah, I use old honest horrific terminology instead of prissy jew jargon like “sexually transmitted diseases.”) What's with this "imagine" stuff, anyway -- is Crudz channeling John Lennon? Oh, THAT'S right, it's his coy little way of HINTING what he'll do without promising to. Isn't he just horrible? He shouldn't be on the loose, he should be immediately put on trial for treason. Obviously the endless prating about his "faith" was to soften people up to support "God's chosen people" since they're politically washed up.

You missed my point entirely. I wasn't talking about between members. I see a lot of people ripping into Cruz without backing up anything said. Bad forum etiquette.
You know, I really miss the old days on this forum. We used to have contrary voices amongst us. People used to have to back up there bullshit with links to articles and studies. I don't see this any more. We used to have threads loaded with information. We all knew that the likely hood of changing someones mind were probably nil but we did it for those who lurked. Those minds we hoped to sway.
I remember the back and forth I had with Former Lurker over global warming. Think of all the links and studies that those threads contained? I miss that. Whole threads tearing Cruz down with no documentation provided. If you are right? great but back your shit up or this place becomes one big circle jerk.
I don't see how you can complain, Farm. Crudz' speech is alarming enough in itself. We've cited self-evident facts and given links. Crudz et al are not nice people. Extreme-liberal Jews own the Congress now as charged by such figures as former U.S. Rep. Paul Findley going all theway bak to the days of Fr. Coughlin and the Lindberghs. It's for that reason and that reason alone that Washington is destroying one significantly Islamic country after another and setting up a monstrous dictatorship here. amerika really can't survive without messing Yemen over? Wouldn't you say it's at least extremely sinister that Crudz supports Zionism so maniacally but didn't even mention these so-called wars in his speech? Is it fine with you if the so-called war on terror lasts 100 years? Will you be enlisting, or encouraging young people you know to do so? If you've already done so, I appreciate the good intentions there, but I demand peace and know it's my due. Crudz et al either want or condone the sacrificing of endless thousands of young Americans to the war god. We desperately need them here helping fix amerika. Refilling VA homes should never be a primary goal, but everything these demons do does happen to fantastically benefit gigantic bureaucracies -- and fat cats of industry. Chertoff happens to be a big investor in the Big Brother voyeur machines at airports! What entitles amerika to run around the world killing or firing other heads of state while everything's going straight to hell here at home? Who appointed Victoria Jewland to run Ukraine? What's right with this picture???
People have no idea how Jewified amerikan life really is, from government to sports to edjewcation. Crudz fits the mold to a T. Love the Sarah Palin comparison -- Crudz's appeal is purely to emotion, and that's supposedly a more feminine trait.
Soon after Palin emerged from the slime and was mentioned as presidential fodder, it was bitingly reported she "had her orals" before a panel of Jew bosses, i.e. they probed her degree of Zionist whoredom or the potential thereof. I always though that priceless -- her "orals"! Implying nothing sexual.
