The Case of Malaysia’s Missing Airliner MH370 – Part Two:

IMAGE – Hillary finds herself at the center of another controversy, as Rose Law Firm has allegedly been linked to providing a patent for a specialized device used in controlling aircraft.

McConnell and his associates further explain the device used to control aircraft through his site abeldanger.net, stating that Hillary Clinton and Rose Law Firm had originally obtained the patent for the Quartz Rate Sensor apparently used in many military crafts:

The QRS-11 GyroChip sensor is used on commercial aircraft to rotate the antenna to receive signals from satellites for the in-flight entertainment system, radar tracking and flight controls. If the aircraft is equipped with a uninterruptible autopilot, signals can be received from a satellite to remotely fly the aircraft.

The sensor provides stabilization, flight control, and guidance. It also is used in missiles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV ) and other military as well as space and industrial applications. Because of the sensitive nature of its military applications, the export of the technology is regulated.”

The site continues by asserting what the device is specifically used for:

We allege that the QRS-11 can be used as part of a package of technology to guide aircraft equipped with uninterruptible autopilots turning them into weapons.”

The Quartz Rate Sensor information comes to our attention on the heels of stacked investigation into both pilots of MH370, mainstream media is now focused on how the transponder was allegedly turned off by pilots after the last communication, as well as searching the pilots’ homes, ignoring much of the initial critical information that was revealed.

If the information on Abel Danger is accurate, then this new talking point by major media outlets could be another effort to hide something. It’s important to note, Abel Danger has had some controversial claims in recent years.

Additionally, if what McConnell alleges is true, why hasn’t this critical Boeing information been discussed among the many so-called experts in avionics and air traffic control on larger media outlets?

Also, What happened to the probe into the apparently photoshopped passport thieves? Did big media get caught trying to cook-up that story, as they now appear to be crafting a terror narrative to fit the two pilots of MH370?

Throughout week, media mogul Rupert Murdoch also weighed in on the missing 777 airliner by pushing certain memes making the circuit on the internet, while using it as an opportunity to invoke the much-lauded Bin Laden raid tale at the same time - this is where conspiracy goes mainstream, a ‘conspiracy to create a conspiracy.’ The Chairman and CEO of News Corporation has gotten “hands-on” with this story, and seems to be engaging in a propaganda push, fueling reckless speculation as to the whereabouts of the missing plane. That should raise a big red flag… if Murdoch has a media empire, why make the news himself (Citizen Kane comes to mind here). With this effort, public opinion is molded without discussion or investigation.

Here we see Murdoch exploiting the missing 777 airliner for his own political agenda, using it to pump overtly Western propaganda. (1 image)

NEWS: The QRS-11 'Gyrochip' Affair

Jul 8, 2005 - Boeing characterizes the QRS-11 chip as “relatively unsophisticated,” but the U.S. officials fear this “gyro on a chip” can be used in Chinese ... [guided missiles.]

Excerpt:

A tiny 2-ounce chip about 1-1/2 inches in diameter is at the center of an ongoing dispute between Boeing and the U.S. State Department, the Seattle Times said Wednesday.[1] -- State alleges the chip is a “dual-use” techonology embedded in 96 planes that Boeing sold to Beijing without adequate permission in the period from 2000-2003, Dominic Gates of the Times reported. -- The intricacies of what might be dubbed the QRS-11 Affair illustrate how the business, political, and national security practices of the United States are all of a piece; the matter would make a fine case for students of the U.S. national security state. -- Judging from the accounts below, there must also be stubborn egos, dramatic personal animosities, and ideological conflicts involved as well. -- Boeing characterizes the QRS-11 chip as “relatively unsophisticated,” but the U.S. officials fear this “gyro on a chip” can be used in Chinese guided missiles. -- The decision to use the chip was made not by Boeing, however, but by the French avionics company Thales, which embeds the chip in an instrument box used on Boeing planes. -- Ironically, Boeing eventually obtained permission to sell the chip, known as the QRS-11, and continues to do so, as does Airbus and other manufacturers. -- But that was only after the State Dept. says Boeing lied on forms filed with the U.S. Government. -- State’s lawyers would like Boeing to pay $47 million in fines, with other sanctions on the company an additional possibility. -- Boeing, however, considers the matter “an overzealous application of export controls that threatened to derail overseas sales by treating commercial airplanes on a par with fighter jets,” Dominic Gates reports. -- The rules in question were introduced after the 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown or June 4 massacre, in which between 1,000 and 7,000 people were killed and 7,000-10,000 were injured. -- They require that exports of military items to China obtain a specific presidential waiver from the White House.

Boeing pays $15 million fine - The Seattle Times
http://old.seattletimes.com/html/businesstechnology/2002918295_boeing08.html
Apr 8, 2006 - According to the State Department charges, between 2000 and 2003 Boeing shipped overseas 94 commercial jets with the QRS-11 gyrochip ...

Excerpts:

According to the State Department charges, between 2000 and 2003 Boeing shipped overseas 94 commercial jets with the QRS-11 gyrochip embedded in the flight boxes, including 19 to China. Export of listed defense items to China is specifically proscribed.

The State Department had determined in 1993 that the chip, used in the guidance system of the Maverick missile, "has significant military utility." That put the devices on a list of products that require a license for foreign sales.

Boeing continued the exports even after the State Department told the company to stop. Boeing ignored those orders after its lawyers advised that the State Department "did not have jurisdiction" to regulate the exports.

The settlement includes an acknowledgment by Boeing that the State Department has authority to decide which technologies are designated as defense items under export control.

The 2-ounce, 1-inch-diameter QRS-11 chip, made by a unit of BEI Technologies in Concord, Calif., sells for less than $2,000. Boeing executives argued that a military enemy seeking the chip would have alternatives to buying a $60 million jet and taking apart the flight box.

The case remained alive because of Boeing's previous "blatant disregard" of the State Department. In addition to unauthorized export, State charged Boeing with misrepresentation of facts and false statements.

Other incidents

Boeing has violated arms-export-control rules on three previous occasions.

• In 1998, Boeing was fined $10 million because it shared sensitive technologies without an export license with its Russian, Ukrainian, Norwegian and German partners in the Sea Launch space rocket joint venture.

• In 2001, Boeing was fined $4.3 million for technology transfer without an export license to Australia, Malaysia, Turkey and Singapore on its Wedgetail 737 Airborne Early Warning and Control aircraft program.

• In 2003, Loral and Hughes Space and Communication were fined $32 million for illegal export of satellite technology to China. By then that Hughes division had been acquired by Boeing, though the violations happened before the acquisition.

In the March consent decree, the State Department points out that more than $9 million of those previous fines were returned to Boeing to fund remedial compliance measures that would avoid future violations.

Because that didn't work, the new settlement requires Boeing to appoint an independent external officer to oversee companywide export-control compliance for two years, as well as a senior manager internally. And it must retain an outside firm to audit implementation.

Boeing Rejects Complaints on Leaks to China - nytimes.com

Published: January 3, 2003

The State Department said yesterday that it was pursuing new legal action over technology-sharing incidents involving satellite and rocket data with China dating back to the mid-1990's. The department threatened Boeing with more than $60 million in penalties as well as export restrictions that could be even more costly to the company.

The complaints against Boeing date to 1995 and involve technical help for the Chinese in determining the causes of failed rocket launches for commercial satellites, said Louis Fintor, a State Department spokesman.

The original accusations involved three companies, including Boeing Satellite Systems and Hughes Electronics Corporation. Boeing acquired Hughes's space-launch division in 2000. The third company, Loral Space and Communications, negotiated a settlement over similar accusations by agreeing to pay a $14 million fine and spend $6 million on steps to prevent such technology transfers in the future, Mr. Fintor said.

''Unlike Loral, Hughes and Boeing have both failed to recognize the seriousness of the violations and have been unprepared to take steps to resolve the matter and to ensure no recurrence of violations in the future,'' he said.

The State Department complaint said that Hughes and Boeing committed 123 violations of the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, said Richard A. Boucher, a State Department spokesman.

''The number and the substance of the charges reflect the seriousness of the violations,'' Mr. Boucher said.

Boeing stock rose today to $33.88 per share, from $32.99.

The Justice Department, after reviewing the matter, decided last year against pursuing criminal charges against any of the three companies involved. The new State Department complaint will be handled as a noncriminal matter by an administrative law judge.
