Interesting. I can only imagine the sick uses that the Zio-psychos would have for these. On the flip side, they'd be a blast to shoot at if they were coming at you en masse. Like a game.
I have to wonder if this lab is DARPA funded...wouldn't surprise me.

I have a feeling they will be shooting also, probably first and in multiple caliber's. And if US taxpayer funds went into the project, it's expressly built as a weapon for them to use against us and those wicked Ayrabs. Probably in that order of priority!
