The sperm bank should clearly be liable for giving out false information and damages for providing less that what was described, IQ, education, etc. Otherwise, the sperm bank should tell parents that this is the form the donor submitted but we don't spend any time or money to verify the information and have the parents sign the form acknowledging the information may be false. Of course, in that case, parents would have chosen another sperm bank.
Would you agree that by liberal standards, this couple is prejudiced and discriminatory against the schoizophrenic, dropout, robber and mole-cheeked communities?
