He Says He Loves America, So Why is This Famous Country Singer Headlining an “Anti-Constitution Concert?”

Just because a guy goes on stage wearing cowboy boots and a cowboy hat doesn’t mean he’s a real patriot.

And such is the case with Tim McGraw.

His decision to headline a concert to benefit Sandy Hook victims isn’t as benevolent as it looks.

In fact, it clearly is anti-constitutional as the concert’s main goal is to limit Second Amendment freedoms.

Newsmax writes:

“ Country music superstar Tim McGraw will showcase a concert to benefit the organization Sandy Hook Promise, an anti-gun violence group organized after the 2012 elementary school shooting.

The July 17 concert also will feature Billy Currington, Chase Bryant and some special unannounced guests, according to the New York Post. “Tim McGraw: A Concert for Sandy Hook Promise” will be held at the XFINITY Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut.

WVIT-TV reported that McGraw touring band fiddle player Dean Brown is a friend to Mark Barden, a musician and father of a Daniel Barden, one of the 20 first-graders who died in the 2012 shooting incident.

“Out of this tragedy a group was formed that made a promise to honor the lives lost and turn it into a moment of transformation,” McGraw in a statement. “Sandy Hook Promise teaches that we can do something to protect our children from gun violence. I want to be a part of that promise – as a father and as a friend.”

Barden told WVIT-TV that he and his family were “humbled” by the news that the three-time Grammy winner, Brown and the band would headline the benefit concert.

There’s absolutely no doubt the tragedy in Newtown is something we can all rally around.

But working to undermine the Second Amendment is not how to avoid future tragedies like what happened in Sandy Hook.

Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised by McGraw’s decision. Looks like he’s going to be using the weight of his celebrity to back Hillary Clinton.

Scary.

Will you listen to his music anymore (if you didn’t stop already)?

McGraw is off his nut on this one.

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

Tim, Tim, Tim, why, oh, why, would you do this stupid thing.

Because it's among the feel-good themes of the day and he can get heapin of PR for it.

Don't think that these wealthy celebs would ever do anything that would truly be sacrificial other than a little of their time or some spare change that's going to charity anyway.

Country music superstar Tim McGraw....

I didn't realise he was a super star, that makes his opinion much more valuable.

There's anti-gun, and anti-gun violence, which is not the same thing, necessarily.

I'd not pass judgement without more info than is posted here.

AND because, I feel sure, he's getting a big fat check from the ADL or Adelson, etc. Once your society's power brokers change from goy to Jew, everything's changed except the law of gravity -- and I'm not too sure about it.

Wish there was an easy way to get at who a star's manager is. Just couldn't do it for Stank Sinatra (famed Wiesenthal Center supporter!) the other day - - yeah, he's dead, but it should still be easy to search that.

I just knew there was a bagel in the donut pile here, and it appears McGraw's mgr is one Si Siman. wicked pedia is pretty tight-lipped about Siman's roots but does say his father was a country music impresario, that could easily be a clue since they're SO good at brokering and running US and our fields of endeavor.

Whaddya know, siman is both a spelling of Simon and a yiddish word
