A repast fit for a king: Oh, and everybody in the Eastern seaboard/Northeast who talks smack about pulled-pork: BEEF is what it's all about.
BBQue is really the state food of Texas - not stupid chili, although I love it also. You just don't eat chili year-round.
Have pork and chicken been officially recognized as BBQ in Texas yet, or is it still strictly beef only?
If we can kill it, we can BBQue it; it's all good.
