With this new innovation, all the revenue and control generated from drunken driving arrests will need some new sort of triggering mechanism.

Yeah! Will police and local magistrates revolt against it? They're giving tickets just to help keep the lights turned on now, I can't wait to see what happens when there are no more moving violations.
