Apparently concerned about corrupt rapist cops which are so prominent and widespread in Texas, particularly among the TX Department of Public Safety TX Troopers, The City of Austin, TX is Googling the phrase "commissioner dps texas lawsuit rape." The ISP Log screenshots are below. I know this because out of 4,280,000 Google results (in 0.55 seconds) two of my articles are the top two results on this matter, and I see who visits my website. [Although I should note I never disclose individual users, but rather only government entities and large corrupt corporations. The City of Austin TX visits this site regularly.] The first result for this google query was Not An Isolated Incident: Texas Troopers caught regularly conducting illegal searches, raping women (8/9/13) The 2nd was this: OUTRAGE: Pervert TX Trooper who raped women on roadside re-hired by TX DPS, even though she has additional case pending (8/11/13) The third result for the query was Corrupt Cop of the Month - Peaceful Streets Project Here are the screenshots: Many Texas government agencies as well as the Texas Legislative Council visited the articles when they were first published in 2013.
