I'm halfway through it -- really, really horrible, just like it needs to be. Wondering whether these Czechs, who were so thrilled to side with the Russkies, still loved them after becoming a USSR satellite in 1948 and having Soviet tanks invade Prague in 1968. Guess the minor detail of communism's Jewness escaped them before, during and after the war.
