Treason Of The Highest Order, Trade Deal Details Classified For 5 Years After Implemented As the walls of secrecy surrounding the TPP, The TTIP, and the TiSA trade and subversion pacts start to crumble, the insidious nature of their content and construction leaks out as well. Common sense and experience tells us that politicians who were doing something to benefit the people would be planted in front television cameras, touting their actions at every opportunity. The silence on the deal itself and most of the members of Congress’ refusal to admit to having read the document indicate that they know it’s a bad deal, are in on the scam and want plausible deniability in the future. Poor performance as an elected official carries with it some consequences, but much less than blatant betrayal. In a Thursday article, Brietbart News reported that the information surrounding the TiSA is leaking out, thanks in large part to the efforts of Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. One overall disturbing element of their story was the revelation that “The cover sheet of the leaked TiSA documents records that the text of the deal should not be de-classified until five years after negotiations are closed and the regulations implemented to extend the extraordinary secrecy of what the deal entails. The secrecy of the deal is designed to be a buffer between legislatures and citizens alike to suppress government accountability and explicitly goes against the foundation of a democratic society.” How can the deal be approved sight-unseen and remain classified to the American people for five years after it is implemented and operational? The corporations who will operate under its “authority” surely will know what’s in it as will their lawyers. Upon what basis are they grated privileged status above that of the American people at large? What is so awful about this deal that the people can’t be told the truth until half a decade has passed following its enactment? If negotiations are resumed during that five year period, as is the case in living documents, does the five year clock start over at zero? The TiSA is larger than the TPP, covering the United States, the EU and twenty three other countries, excluding Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. Brietbart also pointed out that “The primary aim of the TiSA is to increase corporate profit through the deregulation of services around the globe that would limit a government’s regulation in the public interest. And like the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Trade in Services Agreement could be fast-tracked through Congress through Trade Promotion Authority that would ban Congress from making amendments to trade deals and only allowing for an approval or disapproval vote.” The American people are about to be hit by a sledge hammer, a sucker punch of invisible regulations that permanently usurp the authority of our Constitution. The fascist criminals in the Republican Party establishment are the ones who are doing the swinging, in service to their corporate masters. What is happening today in America is not unlike the fascism of Germany under Hitler or that of Italy under Mussolini. They rose to power and ruled in association with big business, a significant portion of which were the premier American companies such as Ford and DuPont. That same corporate control is being exhibited today in the traitorous acts of Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY), John Cornyn (R-TX), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), in fact all but five Republican Senators, and the Republican House leadership as well. This is modern day fascism to a degree that has never been seen before. The corporations will have, through the treasonous politicians, elevated themselves above our Constitution. They will literally be above the law, will have taken “legal” possession of our nation and removed us from power and we will have no legal options for remedy. This has to be stopped. These self-serving traitors who occupy the offices which should rightfully be held by representatives of the people should be arrested and charged as the treasonous criminal anti-American turncoats that they are. Democrats do not hold a monopoly on sedition. Party doesn’t matter. This is not how our process works, it cannot be allowed to happen and these despicable un-American scoundrels must be held accountable.
