I am sure you, and everyone else is aware of a thing called Chem Trails.
In these Chem Trails are inert metals like Aluminum, and various other types of metals that are making people ill.
The majority of these Chem Trail dumps are over large metropolitan areas, and not so much over the empty country.
Where I am going with this, is that these metals in theory, if in the atmosphere high enough, would likely absorb, or shield the country from an EMP attack. Even though it's making people sick.
