To me, the Euro guy was actually meaning getting your cash into your own hands; here, I'd guess, get out of equities and get liquid and have plenty of cash in hand.

If things really go to shit, the insurance will be worthless. Anyone that would do bail-ins, or haircuts, is not gonna make good on losses, imo.
