Chris Wallace Skewers Hillary Spokeswoman So Badly She Doesnt Know What to Say
Hillary Clinton campaign spokeswoman, Karen Finney appeared with Chris Wallace on his show, Fox News Sunday to discuss the broad agenda Clinton intends to lay out in her speeches in lieu of answering questions from the press.
At one point, Wallace decided to address Clintons recent comments on income inequality and the seeming inconsistency regarding her own substantial income:
She talked a great deal in the speech about income inequality, Wallace said to Finney. As you say, part of the progressive or liberal agenda. She talked about the fact that the top 25 hedge fund managers make more than all the kindergarten teachers in the country, combined. What about the fact that until recently, she was making $250,000 for a one hour speech where the average American makes $45,000 working for a year?
Rather than answer the question, Finney said, I would also remind you that she talked about her mother and her mothers very humble beginnings.
When Wallace pressed her further, Finney appeared flustered and labored to get out the following, I would just say theres nothing, I mean, you can be, you know, given, I mean, shes making money and believing in the importance of closing the income gap.
Wallace then shot back, I know, maybe the hedge fund managers believe in it, too. So, I just wonder why shes saying that its somehow wrong for the hedge fund managers to make so much money but its ok for her to make $250,000 an hour?
Because at the end of the day, its about what you do with that money. Its about CEOs making the money and not sharing those profits with their workers, Finney replied.
Is she sharing all the money with you? Are you making anything close to $250,000 an hour? I bet not.
Who needs another Bush in the White House. Besides, he is just another coke head. I knew a guy that was in the Marines for 10 years. When he got out he joined the DEA. They got the Bush brothers (Jeb and George) on video in Miami picking up a kilo of coke. But, don't expect to see anything about that on your MSM newscast. ;)
