Dead Constitution See other Dead Constitution Articles Title: It's the money - honey !!! 25 June A.D. 2015 A great many commentators have thrown the description and accusation of Treason and/or Sedition around pretty freely during the past decade or so, and if there are Traitors in the midst, it's "us," not "them." "We have met the enemy, and he is us." (History and etymology of the Pogo quote: www.thisdayinquotes.com/2...t-enemy-and-he-is-us.html This author is not that big on any "earth day" event, but the concept fits a great many issues we are presently facing.) The concept "we" have in mind about law and government is "America," which had/has as its foundational "choice of law" the Common Law (inherited from Great Britain and slightly modified). The origin of the Common Law is Scripture. We're all raised on this notion that what we're experiencing is America. So, it's not as if we don't have a spring board from which to dive off into the wrong pool. We're taught and trained to do just exactly that, namely dive off the high dive into the wrong pool. The concept "we" have in mind is not a concept that has anything at all to do with our present legal reality. We are not in America. Instead, we're in "this state," a/k/a "United States." There is no "constitution," not even in America, so there certainly is no such thing in "this state," a/k/a "United States." Key, there is no general circulation of honest weights and measures in "this state," a/k/a "United States." In "this state," the people, literally, work for the benefit of the "leadership," rather than the leadership's working for the benefit of the people. In "this state," the voice that matters is the one that controls a lot of "money." In "this state," the policy priority is on what benefits the banking system. It's not that "this state" is completely without limits. We've seen a couple of examples even this week proving that there are limits on policy-making in "this state." And, while the Supreme Court establishes concepts that sound in God-given rights as the limits on which this commercial ("federal," as in "by agreement") system may even offer in terms of its "gotcha agreement" language, it's still the situation that what limits "this state" is the "right (not) to contract/agree." That's the limit, and, fundamentally, that's (almost) the only limit. How did we get into "this state?" How did we leave America? By opting to use the "funny money" instead of honest weights and measures. That's how we left. It happened circa 1965 (and the Supreme Court this week suggested that "this state" was well established by 1970). We were given a "Choose ye this day" option, and we opted against God and against America, and that's where we find ourselves, today, namely squarely against God and against America. We left. We were not compelled to leave. We chose to leave (if there's really any such thing as choice in this matter). We are not compelled to stay away. We choose to stay away (if there's really any such thing as choice in this matter). At the heart and soul of that which vexes this nation is what we find in our pocketbooks. They're called '"federal reserve notes," formally, and "funny money" to make the point. If we were under a Common Law system, then it'd be fraud, if not also Treason, even to think about running a "funny money" system, much less actually doing so. To print it or to use it would/should be the act that is charged criminally. But we're not under a Common Law system, and we left the Common Law system by adopting the use of the "funny money." We've never been compelled to use that stuff. It's simply been rendered (very) inconvenient to use honest weights and measures, because the totalitarian-leaning banking system has removed all of God's Money from general circulation and has produced not only "debt" instruments in paper but also scrap metal tokens for general circulation and use. Why does The Mint still Coin Money? It's simply this: to prove that we've always had the choice and to prove that it is still 100% a matter of choice. Everything that we're experiencing, then, in the way of "legislated" policy is in direct response, direct response, to our preference for the "funny money"-based system and all that comes with that system. We love to have it so. So, we're getting more and more and more of it. It's really, really easy to get into "blame game," because it's ever-so-much easier to blame someone other than the one we find in the mirror. But, the reality is not aided or addressed by "blame game" activities. For so long as we 're still focusing on the politicians, we're still playing the role of the "victim." For so long as we're focusing on politicians (who are given marching orders from their handlers, i.e., that system has long since been compromised), the problem is still "out there," somewhere, as in totally and completely beyond our control. This is exactly where "they" need for us to continue to focus. For so long as we don't see the problem for what it is, we're not going to be addressing the problem for what it is. So, the banking system organizers need (desperately) for us to continue to play the "blame game." At the heart of "the" problem, hence, at the heart of "the" solution, for (practically) everything that vexes us is what we use as our medium of exchange. Every "dollar" we spend is a vote FOR more of what vexes us. Every "dollar" we spend is a vote FOR more of "this state," a/k/a "United States." Every "dollar" we spend is a vote FOR the banking system's "new world order." To nail this to the wall plainly, every "dollar" we spend is another "charge" of Treason that should be charged against us. Why is it not Treason? Because Treason is defined in a document that doesn't exist. Treason is defined in a document that was never "admissible evidence of law." Oh sure, there's a definition in Title 18 alright. So, until they do something that is literally an act of war against "United States," there simply is no Treason. And, since this edition of "United States" exists to destroy America, it's flat out not Treason where the result is the destruction of America. So stands the policy in that "place" where "funny money" is the medium of exchange. If the change of medium of exchange (from Money to "funny money") were compelled, then those doing the compelling would be waging war. Literally. A compelled change in "choice of law" is an act of war. For this very reason, we've always been given the choice. From Day One, we've always been given the choice. Clearly, plainly, opting for God's "choice of law" via use of God's system of honest weights and measures has been rendered extremely inconvenient. But, we've never been compelled to use "funny money." We use that schtuff of our own discretion, exercising our "right (not) to contract/agree." We are the ones who left America in preference for "this state," a/k/a "United States," a/k/a "the new world order." No one made us. We did it completely on our own. And, while it's now a "Let my people go" scenario with today's Pharaoh, it's also completely up to us to get back to America. All we have to do is want to badly enough to do what we have to do, and it's 100% within our commercial discretion to accomplish it. Every "troy ounce" we spend is a vote AGAINST "this state," a/k/a "United States," a/k/a "the new world order." Every "troy ounce" we spend is a vote FOR repentance and return to relationship with God (YAHUWAH). Every "troy ounce" we spend is a vote FOR God's "choice of law," which was, at least by label, "the" foundation for America. (If God's Law had been the actual foundation when this venture called America started, we would not have had the series of Acts of Judgment that history records. As a simple confirmation, simply study into all the wars, within America and external to America, that have raged since about the time the first settlers arrived. "We've" been off that standard from the beginning, as God has told us and told us and told us via War, Famine, Pestilence (Disease, Plague," and (now) this "Beast" system, starting about the time that those first Americans arrived.) During this transition back to America, which transition is absolutely developing before our very eyes, we need to be very aware that it's fearful to fall into the hands of the Living God. As we learn through (king) David, far better is God's punishment than what is to be dished out by man. David always opted for God's Judgment against him. It's a good lesson to learn, and then to apply. The legislative policies that are destroying America are relevant to "this state." They are relevant in that "place" where the marketplace uses and depends on the "funny money." For so long as we're in "this state," we're directly participating in the destruction of America. We've been invited to destroy America by the banking system, run out of western europe, where there's been a lingering "injury" caused by "our" separation from Great Britain in the first place. For them, it's sweet revenge, and they've invited us to destroy ourselves, and we're so willingly obliging them. Surely, they're laughing their hind-ends off at us and at our expense. We left. We were not dragged away kickin' and screamin'. We left. We did it 100% voluntarily. And, from that moment to this, at least 45 years worth, and this author says 50 years worth, since it's been our 100% exercise of volition and discretion to leave and to remain gone, all that any of this present legislative policy, as (necessarily) upheld by the judiciary, does is support what we're voting FOR in the marketplace. We like it this way, as we communicate by the habit of the use of the "funny money." When we want some other legal environment, some other condition of life, badly enough, we'll change something that's 100% within our control to change. In other words, doing the same thing the same way and expecting a different result is the definition of being nuts. We purport to hate the current God-hating, America-hating policies, and we charge with heinous, heinous labels those who provide the continuing God-hating, America-hating legislative policies, for domestic and international purposes, but we refuse to do the only thing that's ever going to make one iota of a shred of difference. We refuse, by our commercial conduct, to opt for a different "choice of law." We refuse to bring God back into the equation by using His Money. We refuse to use honest weights and measures. Who stopped using His Money in the first place? We, The Posterity. Why? Because we were given a choice, and we had no idea as to the difference. We were lied to, surprise, surprise, by the banking system and their/its propaganda outlets (the media). We were still in massive injury from the brutal assassination of JFK. And, just as Israel of old did on going into Canaan, we made up our own mind without consultation with God Almighty. Well, we're really, really in the soup at the moment. Nothing, and that means absolutely, positively nothing, is going to change for the better for so long as we continue to use the banking system's "funny money." We like the bank's policies, which are God-hating and America-destroying, as proved by our continued use of the bank's proposed medium of exchange. If there were ever a "mystery" about this present "Beast" system, let it be a "mystery" no longer. "The" reason this "Beast" is successful is because we're voting FOR it with every transaction that uses the "Beast's" "choice of law" instead of God's "choice of law." That choice is in the medium of exchange. It was the mere use of "dollars" that got BNP Paribas tagged with that enormous "fine" for what amounts to today's version of "trading with the enemy." Because BNP Paribas, a huge banking house in France, merely and simply used "US dollars" in one part of a series of transactions, the whole of the "choice of law" opted for by that use of that medium of exchange was activated, and the part that law that got that banking house tagged was the definition, within that "US dollar"-based "choice of law," of which countries can be traded with (without prior "licensing" by the appropriate official with "United States"). Identically, it is our mere use of "dollars" that keeps us in the present prison of thought, word, and deed in which we find ourselves today. We, then, are the traitors. We, then, are the ones who have committed and who continue to commit Treason. We, then, are the ones who have committed and who continue to commit Sedition. Throughout Scripture, the lesson that's kind of subtle in most places, but clear in a few places, is that the leadership reflects, not directs, but reflects, the heart of the people. Thus, where the "leadership" in "United States" is headed at full steam toward the rocks at the base of the cliff, that's because the hearts of the people are headed at full steam toward the rocks at the base of the cliff. The first rays of light over the horizon are those reflected by those small business owners who have started to accept honest weights and measures for their goods and services. These are the True Americans. These are the leaders who will blaze that path back out of "this state," a/k/a "United States," a/k/a "the new world order" and back to America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. "United States" is the land of the victims and the home of the God-hating, America-destroying banking elite. That's where the "funny money" circulates. To keep this system, all we have to do is continue to play the "blame game." America is the land of the free and the home of the brave. That place is identified by the use by those people of God's system of honest weights and measures. To get there, we have to accept individual responsibility. May God forgive America, and may God give us the sight to see this difference and the courage to persevere through that originally very hideous sight so as to obtain to that habit of opting for His "choice of law," so as to be in that "place" in which God is Lord, Saviour, High Priest, King, and God.
