I don't think so. There is a difference between what consenting adults do and what is permissible with children. Parents and most adults (including gays) would not stand for it.

NAMBLA attempted to latch on to the gay rights movement. They still remain in the shadows and are nowhere close to gaining acceptance except in some third world hellhole.
