She admitted to putting a bag over Stoni’s head until she lost consciousness and to throwing scalding water onto her daughter and hitting her “over and over” in the head. She said that she meant to kill Stoni. “If I had a chance to do it again, I would,” she said........

Yep -- "suffered enough" equals "time served" in their view. So many parents, mostly mothers, are killing their kids now -- yet another amazing/horrible earmark of the 21st century.
If I compared this story to the way at least 92% of welfare recipients treat their children in public, would that be a form of disparate impact or intersectionality? I need to know, I'm studying collision repair and fell asleep during the chapter on bondo.
