Your comments on StartPage please. I tried it but am too hooked on Advanced Google's numerous options.

Hope the Gopher's a great new tool. Guessing it's part of Vimeo and rather liberal, partly because its search results on Robert Faurisson (basic right-left test) don't hold a candle to (ugh) Google's.

StartPage is powered by GOOG, they just don't track and trace you. Give'em a spin.

It's still in Beta phase, but is usable from their site. It is not, however, ready to be incorporated into your browsers search engines.

DDGo CAN be used as a search engine in FireFox.

When I try myself in GG it finds one hit, while it should find many from different sites. Google doesn't search 4um at all for me, of course. Pinguinite, if you're here, please comment.
