PLEASE READ: redressone.wordpress.com/about/ About the year 1969, I discovered the country was occupied by cutthroats and scoundrels, dandies and thieves; and that their main instrument of plunder was the Federal Reserve. I reasoned that, as long as we use their play money, we give aid to their policy of plunder and genocide. This led to another conclusion: that somebody should provide an alternative to this policy that torments the world. I didn’t have the patience to wait for someone else to do it… so, in 1976 I established a gold-based banking service, and operated it for twenty-eight years. Beginning in 2003, IRS bureaucrats (probably in league with the Federal Reserve) made it clear they were quite irritated that I offered a service that drew assets away from their work to destroy Western Civilization – nor did they like one of my books, The American Inquisition, which compared the income tax to… well, perhaps you can guess. They accused me of organizing illegal tax shelters and preparing fraudulent tax returns; both of which I had never done. They made my book, American Inquisition, a main “witness” for their budding show trial. I had planned to use this book as a star witness at trial; but several obstacles intervened between plan and trial: seizure of resources before trial, no evidence, no witnesses, no victim, no jury, no trial – just a summary judgment for a crime derived from wishful thinking. It was done according to – not constitutional principles, but – the plank in the Communist Manifesto that requires the confiscation of the property of all dissidents (those who oppose rule by thieves and cutthroats). MAFIA hit men are treated as most valuable men of the community compared to what happened to my customers and me. I came to this conclusion as I sat in jail (for refusing to surrender records) and watched the reality show about John Gotti’s wife and brats travel from mansion to shopping mall and back, in a stretch limousine, as hubby lounged in a federal country club, and as wife waited disposition of her conviction for kidnapping and tax fraud. The Department of Justice stiffed taxpayers for $75 million to observe their every conceivable right, and to protect their booty. A point to notice regarding Gotti’s treatment and mine is that the IRS allowed Gotti to keep his crime-gotten booty even after conviction; while my customers and I had our property seized before trial........ To all, I really donâ't like playing the sympathy card; but I guess I've reached a desperate pass. The staff at the Long Beach VetAdmin hospital tells me loss of sight in my RIGHT eye is a possibility, which would make me totally blind. This would probably put an end to all the work that lies ahead of me. A major factor that has precipitated this condition is the collection of poisons I hve to deql with in my current living quarters (so called “air freshenersâ€, laundry “detergentsâ€, “perfumes†and “softenersâ€; pest sprays, tobacco and probably more). A Timeline of what happened and is happening to me is attached (2 pg). Under normal conditions I would probably be able to deal with thee poisons without much trouble. But the loss of sight in my LEFT eye must have weakened my eye system so much that it empowered those poisons relative to my eyes. No, I don’t need money, tho I won’t refuse it if offered. Instead, I need help in securing temporary living quarters not hostile to my work and health requirements; “temporary†because I need that much time to determine whether or not to remain in California or move to a lower-rent area. By “living quarters†I mean a rented room or house; paying rent will be no problem. If you don’t hve such under your control, then I would look for someone to act as a type of nominee renter, or to co-sign a rental agreement. Over the past 3 plus years, I’ve been rejected all but 2 times out of 120-150 applications. I was too old, no phone, no car; most potential landlords, however, were spooked by ridiculous and astronomical tax liens against me (federal have expired, state still remains). (1). I reasoned that, as long as we use their play money, we have submitted to their commercial law and will be governed accordingly. (2). Like I have repeatedly stated here on 4UM ... the Constitution requires the use of honest money not a private script/currency owned by private banks. Once the Constitution has been circumvented through the use of private commercial paper the law too changes because "the means of exchange dictates the "CHOICE" of law". We have been absorbed into the bank and the fiat credit system currency called FRNs are owned entirely by the bank. Inside this bank system there is no constitution. One should ask why a new born is given a tax I.D. number at birth and his/her birth certificate recorded at THE DEPARTMENT of COMMERCE.
