She looks white, but can't be because she doesn't say she forgives his killer. She does say the govt “fails” to recognize the “problem,” rather than that it knows exactly what it's doing and defiantly tramples law and order – that counts for 30 points but is still a failing grade.

It's true there's no anger there, so maybe we should just give her the category anyway. Her preacher must have reminded her that God is love. Govt will never fear non-angry citizens, so the immigration-maniac bureaucrats undoubtedly feel quite secure in going back to what they were doing.
It's time to get some Olde Tyme Religion and go "eye for an eye" on these animals.
