Title: MS-13 Is Now One House Over From Me.

On Tuesday of last week, I noticed a van with Florida plates parked in the alley. The house next door to my problem neighbor's was for sale. Later that afternoon as I returned home from work, I see three very heavily tattooed hispanic men milling around and I notice the prominent MS-13 on the chest of one of them.

I send the owner an e-mail asking him if was showing the house, and he tells me that the house may be sold, and that on Friday he would be closing with the buyer if it goes well.

Today I sent him an email as they were hauling stuff into the place, asking him if the place had indeed sold, and he said yes. They paid cash so it closed quick, because he only put the place up about 4 months ago, and in this economy, I wondered if he'd be able to sell at all.

So now I have MS-13 affiliated people just one house up from mine.

The one upside, is that my problem neighbors who are black, will not last long. The downside, my timetable to get the fuck out of this part of town has now been escalated.

Godspeed, Tommy.

We hope you get somewhere secure that has good neighbors.

I made a bad purchase once in VA, but the situation wasn't as bad as yours and I did manage to extract myself out of there with a modest profit. I was lucky to get out when I did.

Stay safe and good luck with all of it.

=============================================

Hope you have bars on your doors and windows, and have a garage for your car.

Hope you have no children, or ever have visiting grandchildren.

The M$13 will first try and sell dope to the blacks. Or, the blacks will try and sell dope to the messcans. It will go downhill from there.

The fact they paid cash for the place is a BIG tipoff they are rolling in cartel money also.

Do you and your wife have life insurance, with a good clear will for you children to execute?

gawd, I feel for ya man.

If you 'narc' on them to the cops it is the same as you committing suicide. Let someone else do that.

The blacks between you may actually wind up being your salvation.

Don't stare at them, and when you look at them don't let them know it.

Take down their plates, and ALL plates that park and go in there. Get a good set of binoculars that are bright enough to see in dim light. Keep a shotgun by the front door, or hidden in the front room, and one you can easily get to at your nightstand.

Its up to you if you want to work with local law enforcement, but if you do and they find out it won't be pretty. If you do, I wouldn't approach just any officer. Instead, I would make an appointment with either a supervisor or a detective with the subject being 'concerned citizen.'

lordy ...

Wondering how the "cash" sale was executed, where was the closing held, were any flags raised, and how is the property now titled; interesting situation from several angles.

Yeah, I'm told you're not allowed to do a house-sized cash deal without telling the govt anymore -- maybe it's different rules for gangsters, double if they're nonwhite.

Truly hope everything will be OK, Tommy -- including your move out. Grim -- horrible -- sudden -- diversity!

Back in the late '80s, early '90s, I did real estate buys with personal checks, no problems.

But everything was not totally insane back then (and there wasn't cocaine dust on my checks).

Amazing how things have changed...

Just so everyone understands my life path took some major turns over the last 5 years after having moved into what they call a Multi-cultural neighborhood.

Last year I was shot at while using my riding mower while mowing the empty lot next door that nobody was taking care of. It was at that point that I decided that I was going to get my carry permit.

I am now a certified Permit to carry instructor, and NRA Instructor. Did I expect to be doing this sort of career change? No. Am I more secure? To a degree. None of my neighbors seem all that interested in screwing with me now. Though the MS-13 people have yet to show up full force. They have one guy over there who passes for normal who seems to live there. It was the 3 hired goons that I saw over there that bothered me.

I know that within a month it will be a toilet. The tip off that it was bad news, was the Mexican family who lives across the street from me, packed their stuff, and were gone within 24 hours of these guys moving in.

The Blacks next door are still a problem because they are desperately trying to make me out to be some ultra racist, when in fact I'm simply tired of listening to their idiocy.

I have some favors to call in, and some stuff I am trying to get off the ground with regard to my training business. It will come together and I think I can get us out of here by Spring if I bust ass.

Working on getting us the hell out of here. The midwest is dead culturally, and in all honesty is no place to raise any kids anymore. What used to be a good place for raising your kids is turning into a multi-cultural toilet that has utterly destroyed the identity of America.

Why? Because the government and the UN think that flooding the American Breadbasket with aliens is a great idea.

Its closer, much closer than that.

The US chamber of commerce is the #1 perpetrator of harboring and sponsoring illegal aliens. Note that the Roman Catholic Church is heavily involved in the c of c, and they either tie the cofc or come in a close 2nd.

I have friends in Austin actually. I am actually looking at Arizona as their gun laws are the least stringent, and land is cheap. Way Cheaper than Texas.

There's also a perpetual water shortage, and it's not looking good right now. FYI.

Nothing breaking to report; just a general feeling that we're tired of the status quo and fedgov in particular.

It's like the quiet before the storm.
