Here is my debate scorecard. Scale 1 to 10. Mostly on closing statement..I have yet to see the 1st half hour.
I don't want to listen to the talking heads.
It was absolutely, 'let's get Trump night". No one even tried to hide it. Meghan asked him one question that had so many parts, he could have never had time to answer it. I'm surprised he even tried. In the very least, we owe Trump for changing... this debate to finally include illegal immigration..the subject most wanted in the debates in 2008 according to Bob Sheifer..OMG, are they slow or WHAT??
I must say I really like Ben Carson...don't agree with some things, but I LIKE him...could do worse than have he and Trump team up. Let's see if Trump can negotiate that. Neither one of them LAWYERS or politicians...that is what we need the most!
Kasich...I have never hated Kasich...pleasant, hopeful, concise. 5
Christie...I cannot hear this guy..wonk...wonk...wonk...

Rubio 2...sticky...poliTICIAN
Cruz 3....is he the preacher now? Were they passing the plate?
Carson 5....has a real sense of humor and quick..he is so quick

U.S. Constitution - Article IV, Section 4: NO BORDERS + NO LAWS = NO COUNTRY
Having missed the debate, here's my take on them generally: Kasich, Walker -- people never previously noted as substantive here cannot be trusted. Don't! Christie -- Hope he never reduces, there'll be less of him to hate. Paul -- weak and changeable as water. Toilet bowls are kept at the ready full of it. Rubio, Cruz -- wrap 'em in a giant tortilla, slather on salsa and chipotle sauce and lightly toast for 6 hours at 600 degrees. Carson -- did this stammering boob actually finish high school? Wouldn't trust him to treat athlete's foot! HAS to be a put-up job. Huckabee, Bush -- will the nightmare ever end? Trump -- till he throws the race or gets elected, great.

Other than half of it trying to make Trump look like the London' Jack The Ripper, and 80% of the 'wrapup' trying to make him look like Jack's twin brother, you didn't miss much. No inspiration. No new ideas. No solutions. No 'America First.' Much blather about "I created 27 million jobs and reduced a 50 billion deficit to only 20 billion." I just found the approach rude and an affront to reasonable decorum. I can't say that I feel very sorry for this phalanx of Israel firsters, but it wasn't much in the way of a debate as I understand it. AFAIC, this was just one long adversarial press conference where the press did most of the talking. In point of fact, the numbers people tell us that none of those on stage got much more than ten minutes worth of talking time whereas Murdoch's hirelings got more than a half hour's yammering. Rand Paul continued to act like a shameless jackass, attacking Trump for not pledging to support the Republican nominee, when even his father would not make such a pledge. But what could we expect from someone who endorsed Mitt the Shitt. Paul's moment was arguing with Christie over domestic surveillance, probably the only issue that Paul has shown any conviction over. But it was still pretty mediocre. . John Howard says: There are 4 schools of economics: Democrats don't mind war as long as they can have big government.
