Now you may wonder how to cook the sour-sweet dish, a fast meal which could be finished within five minutes, or less if you are skillful enough.

To prepare for the dish, you need to cut tomatoes into chunks and stir eggs with a little water, salt and sugar. Two tomatoes and three eggs are good for a meal for two. Then the cooking part starts, if you are a novice, please carefully observe the following steps.

Step One: Five seconds after turning on the gas cooker, add some oil to your large bowl-shaped or ordinary pan and wait for about 10 seconds.

Tips:

1. Several drops of water when stirring egg brings surprises.

2. Add enough oil to avoid sticking to the pan when stirring the eggs.

3. Some white sugar can be added when stirring egg & frying tomato.
