The Founding Fathers were very intelligent men, however they erred in assuming that intelligence would be passed on to future generations.

Example...

They assumed that government would sometime in the future become evil and dictatorial. To thwart this event, they wrote the election law so that every two years, the voters could REMOVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE EN MASS .

Americans have proven the Fathers badly wrong. This government has long been evil, corrupt and criminal, however the voters have proven themselves unworthy of self rule.
