I suppose first is the format FOX chose to handle 17 candidates. Seven during the cocktail hour and the main bout with the other ten during prime time. One minute for a candidate to "respond to answer each question addressed to them by moderators Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and Bret Baier during the program, which begins at 9 p.m. Eastern time on August 6. Candidates who are called upon will be given only 30 seconds for rebuttals. If a candidate's name is invoked during someone else's answer to a question, that candidate will get a chance to respond for a length of time at the moderator's discretion." "The campaign of one leading candidate believes after communications with Fox executives that there will not be a rigorous attempt to make sure all ten candidates get equal time to speak. Fox strongly contested that assertion in a statement issued Friday." Those concerns were valid and that's just what happened. While Ted Cruz is constitutionally ineligible, which he doesn't care about, was ignored for 40 straight minutes during the debate. The big bucks moderators, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and Bret Baier couldn't get enough air time preening in front of the cameras. They spent a whopping 31% of the debate time on themselves! The opening five minutes was rank amateur at its worst - especially for "seasoned" anchors like the aforementioned. Megyn Kelly was perhaps the worst as she giggled like a little kid let loose in the toy store. All three seemed unable to pull it together and bring the candidates out, but thankfully, they finally managed. Not that the "high fives" stopped after all the lights went out August 6th following the "debate". The following night on FOX with a 24 million viewers record shattering rating, from O'Reilly to Kelly to Hannity, it was a rather nauseating love fest between Kelly and her co-moderators from one show to the next. As millions already know and a seriously healthy number of them have blasted, FOX set up Donald Trump, hands down, no doubt about it. The first question right out of the chute by salivating Bret Baier was obviously planned to stretch Trump on the rack. They, the political hacks behind the scenes, know every little thing about those candidates before the camera even starts rolling. The question was deliberate because they knew the other ten candidates wouldn't dare say no to the question: BAIER: "Gentlemen, we know how much you love hand-raising questions. So we promise, this is the only one tonight: the only one. Is there anyone on stage, and can I see hands, who is unwilling tonight to pledge your support to the eventual nominee of the Republican party and pledge to not run an independent campaign against that person. "Again, we're looking for you to raise your hand now raise your hand now if you won't make that pledge tonight. "Mr. Trump. (BOOING) "Mr. Trump to be clear, you're standing on a Republican primary debate stage. TRUMP: "I fully understand. BAIER: "The place where the RNC will give the nominee the nod. TRUMP:" I fully understand. BAIER: "And that experts say an independent run would almost certainly hand the race over to Democrats and likely another Clinton. You can't say tonight that you can make that pledge?" I never watch the debates. I can't stand to watch or listen to most of the candidates because I, follow this vomit seven days a week. But, I did watch and Trumps response to Baier's poison arrow probably shouldn't have surprised anyone: TRUMP: "I cannot say. I have to respect the person that, if it's not me, the person that wins, if I do win, and I'm leading by quite a bit, that's what I want to do. I can totally make that pledge. If I'm the nominee, I will pledge I will not run as an independent. But and I am discussing it with everybody, but I'm, you know, talking about a lot of leverage. We want to win, and we will win. But I want to win as the Republican. I want to run as the Republican nominee." KABOOM. But, let's break down Trump's response because all the media - especially FOX - have replayed over and over and over is that Trump will run as an independent and hand Hillary the Hun a victory in 2016. Question: Is there anyone on stage, and can I see hands, who is unwilling tonight to pledge your support to the eventual nominee of the Republican party and pledge to not run an independent campaign against that person. Trump: "I cannot say. I have to respect the person that, if it's not me, the person that wins, if I do win, and I'm leading by quite a bit, that's what I want to do." Translated....sort of: I can't say I would pledge my support to the eventual nominee of the Republican Party. Will not pledge not to run as an independent against the nominee. That segment of his response is poison to Republicans and independents. Trump is nobody's fool and I'm sure his advisors and supporters have reminded him what happened with Ross Perot. It doesn't appear to have hurt him in the polls, but when push comes to shove time, if Trump doesn't get the nomination next August, will he actually run as an independent and become a very hated man in this country? If he does it will be all about his ego. In truth, although this may anger some Trump supporters - and believe me, I am sympathetic to the hit job FOX deliberately rolled out with question one - his full response is rather nonsensical. He'll respect the nominee, but "if it's not me, the person that wins, if I do win, and I'm leading by quite a bit, that's what I want to do." He then goes on about "a lot of leverage" whatever that means. And finally, he wants to run as the Republican nominee and win under that party. As many others, including candidate Carly Fiorina have pointed out, Trump has tapped into a very large and very angry segment of the population who as one pol dared to say - have given the establishment Republicans 'the finger'. Trump should be given every credit whether you like him, don't like him or haven't decided for bringing the issue of illegals slaughtering innocent Americans every day in this country, the mass destruction to our economy because of "free" trade agreements and how shamefully our veterans are treated. But, was it really a debate? One minute to respond? Please. One minute liners are for comedy clubs and opening lines on late night talk shows. Not sure how many watched the cocktail hour first debate with the 7 lowest polled candidates, but the arena was virtually empty. I'll come clean, I didn't watch that one myself, but did get a chuckle later when I saw the photo of dirt bag Lindsay Graham standing on a 'riser' so he wouldn't appear so short on the boob tube. Anyway, I don't know how that debate went, but the prime time two hours was no debate in my book. The FOX moderators were literally drooling at the mouth just waiting to see which of the candidates would pounce on each other. A few exchanges fulfilled their wet dreams in technicolor. Megyn Kelly squealed with delight when Jabba the Hustler, er, Gov. Chris Christie and Rand Paul sparred over Paul's objection to the shredding of the Bill of Rights. A minor skirmish where Rand Paul correctly and passionately pointed out all the spying on innocent Americans is in violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Christie cares nothing for your rights; he wants more spying on innocent Americans. Baier grilled Rand Paul on foreign aid and gasp! should Israel get money? Rand Paul attempted to defend his position with a true statement regarding cutting funding to Israel. See this video: "Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu of Israel once suggested that his government should wean itself off of foreign aid from the United States. Such a move would actually make the Jewish state stronger, he argued in a 1996 joint speech before Congress." No where in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize Congress to steal the fruits of our labor to give to any government for any reason, period. Rand Paul attempted to bring some harsh reality to that issue: "Do you borrow money from China to send it to anyone? Out of your surplus, you can help your allies, and Israel is a great ally. And this is no particular animus of Israel, but what I will say, and I will say over and over again, we cannot give away money we don't have. We do not project power from bankruptcy court. We're borrowing a million dollars a minute." And there is the big stink bomb. With the Congressionally created 'national' debt at nearly $19 TRILLION dollars, thieves in Congress who are no different than bandits of the old west robbing banks and trains, borrow money from foreign countries and give it to another foreign country in "aid" from we the people. OUR purse. OUR debt. Foreign aid to Israel or any other country is DEBT FUNDING DEBT. Borrowing a million dollars a minute. Does that sink in to voters yet? The rest of the debate if you can even call it that was dull as dish water. Jeb Bush looked constipated the whole time. Rather wooden like Al Gore(bechev) hoping the moderators wouldn't ask him anything other than how's things up in Kennebunkport? Scott Walker seemed rather lost and dreamy when in fact, one must give him credit for being a fierce fighter for what he believes in; the war he rightly conducted against those unions in Wisconsin is a prime example. Huckabee was his usual pastoral self standing up for unborn babies and I thank him for reminding Americans about that slaughter of innocents every day - 3,000 unborn babies who not only won't see the light, we now know many were harvested for parts after aborting them. Savage and barbaric. Dr. Ben Carson was pretty much ignored as he quipped when finally called upon. He is most certainly a very gifted, talented and highly intelligent man. Gentle and in my opinion, too gentle for the ugliness of politics in this country. His heartfelt closing statement was truly the highlight of the end which couldn't come soon enough: "I'm the only one to separate Siamese twins. The the only one to operate on babies while they were still in mother's womb, the only one to take out half of a brain, although you would think, if you go to Washington, that someone had beat me to it. But I but I'm very hopeful that I'm not the only one who's willing to pick up the baton of freedom, because freedom is not free, and we must fight for it every day. Every one of us must fight for it, because we're fighting for our children and the next generation." What didn't we hear anything about? Well, we heard a lot of jaw jacking from current and former governor, Jeb! Bush. (No, that's his logo for this race Jeb! Okay to laugh now.) Same as the others which was nothing more than a review of resumes not completely factual, but inflation of job performance seems to be acceptable in politics. However, other than Donald Trump's comments about China, there was no real discussion about getting us out of job killing "free" trade agreements. There was no discussion about the head of the beast siphoning off the life blood of this country - the "FED". One reference to the debt by Rand Paul, otherwise the coming financial meltdown was completely ignored. No discussion about the dollar and what's happening because the majority of the American people have no knowledge on those issues. No discussion about getting us out of the United Nothing - the UN and why we must. No discussion about the true meaning of a limited form of constitutional government or even anything approaching solutions. Then again, the format of cramming all those candidates together with a one minute limit to speak in my opinion was a disaster. For those of us who already know the record of those candidates, last Thursday night's event was rather meaningless. We already know Ricky Perry is a complete failure when it comes to stopping the massive flood of illegals crossing the border here in Texas. Lindsay Graham is toxic to freedom and liberty and has never introduced legislation in his life that would solve any problem. Bobby Jindal and Marco Rubio, like Ted Cruz, are also constitutionally ineligible but they also don't care. Money is the driving force behind who will eventually stay in the race. And, forgive me, but I must write how I feel - Jeb! Bush, a rank political whore hauled in $11.6 million bux in 16 days averaging $700,000 per day according to FEC filings. In the pocket of corporations and the shadow government. Dr. Carson who joined the race in May has been bringing in $146,000 a day. Ineligible candidates, Cruz and Rubio average about $110,00 a day while fairy Lindsay Graham brought in $3.7 million in the second quarter; $1.5 million came from his senate war chest. Down at the bottom where he deserves, Ricky Perry managed $1 million in one month. Wonder what happened to his big oil buddies wallets? Rand Paul brought in $7 million in the second quarter. As one can see, obscene amounts of money go into those campaigns, but by the time the first primaries get underway in February 2016, likely a good number will have dropped out; the tentative 2016 presidential primary schedule is here. As for 'The Donald', while it may appear he has endless deep pockets, if his numbers and support drop significantly, one has to wonder how many more of his millions will he spend to stay in the race? As for future debates, there is a slew of them scheduled; see complete list here. I suppose we'll see how they are handled as far as giving all the candidates enough time to to give the voters a better idea of their position on the issues. But, don't expect any questions about abolishing the unconstitutional "Fed", getting us out of the UN, abolishing unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Department of Education and the EPA. During the debate, Rand Paul touted his non-solution of a flat tax, Huckabee also wants to keep feeding the sweat off your back to the FED via another toxic poison, the mis-named "fair" tax. Dr. Ben Carson's "solution" to the issue of taxes was, well, just another non-solution as the responses by Rand Paul and Mike Huckabee: CARSON: "What I agree with is that we need a significantly changed taxation system. And the one that I've advocated is based on tithing, because I think God is a pretty fair guy. And he said, you know, if you give me a tithe, it doesn't matter how much you make. If you've had a bumper crop, you don't owe me triple tithes. And if you've had no crops at all, you don't owe me no tithes. So there must be something inherently fair about that. "And that's why I've advocated a proportional tax system. You make $10 billion, you pay a billion. You make $10, you pay one. And everybody gets treated the same way. And you get rid of the deductions, you get rid of all the loopholes, and
" The moderator moved on. It was NEVER the intention of the Framers of the U.S. Constitution to implement a federal income tax (just scroll down to A Pioneer on the withholding issue - Vivien Kellems and read) which now devours your paycheck to give to foreign financial entities, not to run the federal behemoth government. Granted, tens of millions of Americans know nothing about the disabilities of our currency, why we need to get out of the UN and so forth, but if the candidates spent a year on the road educating them as I did when I ran for Congress, things might be different. Don't hold your breath. I have no doubt Donald Trump will continue to stick with his 'signature' issue, illegal aliens, along with trade issues, but he needs to give more focused answers on whatever issue he discusses. 'Drifting' off subject or vagueness, besides just being himself, seems to be the major criticisms; at least what I've read on the Internet in endless pieces. Make no mistake, though, the GOP 'establishment' sell outs want the Donald to disappear sooner rather than later. With media heavies like Megyn Kelly, Bret Baier and Chris Wallace manning the guns against Trump, their job is making sure (God forbid), Jeb! Bush stays at the top of the list for the GOP nomination. As for debates for candidates of the Democratic/Communist Party USA, the imbecile who heads up the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who recently got caught with her knickers down when she couldn't or wouldn't define the difference between a Democrat and a socialist (of course, there is none), has allegedly scheduled six debates for her party's presidential candidates. It's a bit difficult with the 'presumptive nominee', Marxist Hillary Bagman Clinton, going to trial in January as a defendant in a federal RICO (Racketeer Influence and Corruption Act) lawsuit and the FBI now pursuing a criminal probe into her emails while playing Secretary of State. Oh, my, what a tangled web empty headed Debbie has to deal with - unless the criminal impostor in the White House throws Hillary under the bus. Excellent break-down, thanks.
Is it too early to call the November/2016 election?? Winner: Them, and the Loser: All of us.....

It will be the same outcome as it has been in every election since 1960: they win, we lose. There was a faint glimmer of hope with Reagan's election, but the fix, GHWB, was in.
