Example of growing animosity toward law enforcement A worker at an Arby’s fast food restaurant in Pembroke Pines, Florida recently refused to serve a police officer. Officials said the reason the officer was refused service was because of his affiliation with the police department. In recent years animosity toward law enforcement has increased due in large part to police violence against citizens and protests in response to perceived police violence in Ferguson, Missouri, Baltimore, Maryland and elsewhere around the country. “I am offended and appalled that an individual within our community would treat a police officer in such a manner. It is unacceptable, and I will be contacting the Arby’s CEO to demand an apology,” Chief Dan Giustino, with the Pembroke Pines Police Department, said in a statement. With the exception of race, and more recently sexual orientation, it is not illegal for a business or its employees to deny service to individuals. A few states, however, have expanded the perceived discrimination of denying service. In California, it is illegal for a business owner to discriminate based on unconventional dress. In 2013 a gay couple filed a discrimination suit against a Colorado bakery for refusing to bake a cake for their wedding. The complaint was filed by the ACLU in Colorado. Prior to this, a Washington florist was sued for refusing to supply flowers for a same-sex wedding.

How can you cook all that while driving? Cops should drive around in food trucks, that way they don't have to eat spitted on sammiches and waffles, and can keep on the move fighting crimes and shit. Cop should stop in a local grocer and buy some fruit, water, etc.

One teeniebopper actually told her mom "he's racist!" The other day after I made a comment to my wife. It was sort of funny. We were in line somewhere and I had told my wife to fill out the sign in form in spanish because they take the spanish speakers first, which is true. Arbys is indeed particularly nasty , even as fast food goes. That is not real roast beef. Years ago arbys food was different, they had something called the arby Q which wasn't too bad..... Did that cop a favor, Arby's serves shit.

Arby's roast beef tastes good because it is salty. I went to the local RB's a few months ago after abstaining for several years. You see, I had a coupon... Uhura at the counter actually got my order right, but it went downhill from there. The fatass white assistant manager (I'm guessing at title, fat and white were obvious facts) did nothing to improve his workers, guessing his dad owned the joint as a tax write off.

Around here, the majority of city and county cops appear to be suffering the effects of "performance enhancing drugs",i.e., anabolic steroids. I wouldn't know if they all have teeny-tiny nuts but there seems to be a lot of pent up rage. I suspect that if cops were tested, nationwide, we would find a whole lot of steroid abuse. Cops don't seem to be the most health-conscious people out there.

Peace is a social construct, the exact opposite of the turmoil of our earlier evolutionary stages. Peace, as in Peace Officers, also seems to be a fleeting concept, suitable only to relatively heterogeneous communities. How long you think a comment like that would last on Huffpost or Salon?
