This Illegal Alien is a Convicted Child Rapist and Somehow We Can’t Keep Him Out of the U.S.
You might think that someone who was just convicted of one of the most heinous crimes possible — child rape — would be grateful for the love the United States justice system showed him when they gave him what amounts to a free pass: 10 years probation and a free ride home to Mexico.
But, no.
Joel Silva Duran, 22, must have been feeling pretty lucky the day he slithered back over the border — presumably in search of another young victim. But thankfully he was intercepted by authorities and arrested.
There’s no official word yet if Silva Duran’s probation will be revoked so he can return to jail to serve out his sentence as he should have done in the first place.
As we’ve seen in case after case: deporting these criminals does not work.
