D. AN OPPORTUNITY, AN ENORMOUS OPPORTUNITY!

And, Larry Silverstein made a fortune on his insurance policies for the Twin Towers. He made TWO claims of Double Indemnity, and was paid off handsomely.
BTW, the Twin Towers were full of asbestos and it would have cost Millions of Dollars to have it all removed. ;)
