The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control conducts these minor decoy sting operations statewide, and even brags about the details on their website. The stings are funded by state and federal grant money. So if a cute teenaged girl ever saunters up to you in a parking lot in an innocent or provocative manner, beware.
