My wife and I were listening to the 12/22 link you provided yesterday at the same time the Steelers were running up the score on the tube...eerie stuff. I made my 'bird flu preps' a while ago, so I guess we're playing the waiting game now. (I will have to catch today's broadcast when the archive is posted...looking forward to it.)
