Watch Ted Cruz Embarrass Climate Change Scientist With Science
Ted Cruz is a veteran of the political circuit.
Just when liberals think they might have him with his back against the wall Cruz manages to get the upper hand on his political opponents.
In a recent exchange with one of the most liberal, pro-man made global warming alarmists around, Cruz managed to make him look quite the fool.
Sierra Club President Aaron Mair simply couldnt come up with an answer when Cruz asked him why satellite data didnt support their argument global warming is taking place.
For America wrote:
Mair grew visibly uncomfortable during the judiciary subcommittee hearing as Cruz asked him why satellite data in the last 18 years show no demonstrable warming whatsoever.
All the president of the climate change activism group could say about that figure was this: Based on our evidence, its been refuted long ago and its no longer up for scientific debate.
Cruz responded by asking why climate measurements are suddenly off limits for discussion.
Is this a frequent practice, to declare areas of science not up for debate, not up for consideration of what the evidence and data show? he asked.
Your answer was pay no attention to your lying eyes and the numbers that the satellites show; instead, listen to the scientists who are receiving massive grants, who tell us do not debate the science.'
You can see the entire exchange below.
Cruz makes a very good point, one that global warming alarmists cant debate.
The people who cry loudest that were in danger of cataclysmic warming are the ones who get paid the most to say those kinds of things.
Do you believe theres collusion going on behind those who offer grants for climate research and those who receive them?
Thank God for campaign season -- it's the only time these candidates try to act human. Hey, remember the cute scene Rand Paul made in a hearing just like this over the government decreeing what kind of toilets can be sold? Boy that REALLY fooled a bunch of people.
The acting here reeks, the lighting and editing's not too bad -- wonder who wrote the script. If Sierra Club feels it must go the "Look! We're not racist" route, they really need to find a nigurehead who can remember more than one of his lines, at least. Uh.... irony city there, white guy spoon- feeding Mair [40% chance he's Jue] in a racial rap session?
That is the greatest joke of the day, a grey-suited reggin fronting an environmental organization..... ROTF!!!!!!! Like nonwhites care? OH -- the best part is where he says "the preponderance of the evidence are there. Mini-poll: which word is he thinking is plural? LOL LOL LOL I'm so mean!
