A 26 year old man from New York Jumped off a Marriott high rise hotel building yesterday and later a hotel maid was reported missing. they found her in the mans room, raped and nearly strangled nearly to death. She is currently in the hospital in critical condition. START was funded by an initial $12 million grant from DHS to complete projects in the research areas of terrorist group formation and recruitment, terrorist group persistence and dynamics, and societal responses to terrorist threats and attacks."
