South Carolina – A cruel canine-hating South Carolina man allegedly decapitated a 2-week-old puppy, as his girlfriend and her two children watched in horror. James Xavier Quattlebaum, 25, mercilessly cut the head off a young pooch with a kitchen knife after an argument on Saturday at about 3:14 a.m., cops said. A 7-year-old and an 11-year-old watched as the heartless killer beheaded the puppy.
