The woman here at the Courthouse has paid a tax accountant $50 to file my taxes. That is something I NEVER would have done. Plus, she sent DOR my state taxes after they had been paid by "assignment of account". I may have to fire her for these outrages. :-/

Irwin Schiff may have been correct in his assessment of the law related to taxation "only if" we were operating under the Constitution. We are not ! [EDIT: God bless Irwin Schiff, for raising the Constitutional question. He was right if we still had a Constitution, but as long as we have FRNs and the current credit system we live within the BANK. Outside of the BANK there is still a Constitution and freedom. However, we have to break out of the BANK in order to enjoy the freedom from the usurious and criminal slavery we have VOLUNTEERED into.]
The institution of the FEDERAL RESERVE BANKING system completely circumvented the Constitution. The gullible and naive public "BOUGHT" their own slavery when they accepted the switch from real honest monetary policy (common law) to the commercial monetary policy of the FED (commercial paper).
As long as we utilize FED RESERVE FIAT we will live under the bankers oppression and commercial law.
The medium of exchange dictates the choice of law.

I have my commercial Security Agreement on file with the Secretary of State where I live. This gives me the right to do an "Assignment of Account" on all of my tax debt. But, the Court Administrator here has nullified that by her actions. It is impossible to fight her, because she thinks she is doing the right thing. I will have to fire her. ;)

Nego. Everything they do is still within the Constitution -- barely and technically -- by coming under equity/vice admiralty jurisdiction since amerika went bankrupt in 1933. Under the common law you still have the right to keep your whole paycheck and own your home tax-free if enough people will merely assert it.
20+ years ago the terms "without prejudice," "sui juris" and "non assumpsit" were discovered. They signal to it (and its "instrumentalities" like the IRS) that you're claiming common law rights and repudiating any prior signals that you agree to govts' racket of tacit procuration, fraudulent conveyance etc.
Yeah, the bureaurats and courts ignore it most of the time, but getting these truths into enough amerikan heads would leave the 'rats out in the cold. It's only a matter of numbers, just as helping people see the great conspiracy is only a matter of counterbalancing the amount of time they've been under its spell where possible.
In other words, we need citizen lawyers today as, I fondly imagine, america had lots of in 1776. I know one who tootles around widely in an automobile, often with his children (I'm deliberately not saying "drives his car" or "motor vehicle") sans license, registration or insurance. When he gets pulled over he messes the policeman's mind or takes the ticket to the police chief and messes, his and virtually never ends up paying.
The one time he went to traffic court, he managed to keep from "traversing" -- signaling acceptance of the court's jurisdiction by crossing a certain line -- until the judge finally tricked him into it.
Also here in SC, we have Donald Sullivan who writes for the First Freedom newspaper of such adventures. He found in the law that if you accept no government benefit and plan never to accept any, that puts you out of the jewdiciary's reach. He beat some rap demostrating this status to a judge.
Well, that's to hear these guys tell it and I see no reason to believe otherwise. The pro se movement has made a huge impact and succeeded in liening the property of judges, etc. The extent to which we fight back, we gain valuable ground despite all the firy darts of the enemy.
There used to be great print newspapers documenting all this and offering remedies -- Justice Times and Pastor Bob Hallstrom's. Larry Becraft and Jeff Dickstein are licensed attorneys who have led such momentous cases as Franklin Sanders' to smashing victory. Anybody who's seen Amerca Freedom to Fascism has heard from Marcy.
