Well known Constitutionalist, author and tax honesty proponent Devvy Kidd has responded to the LibertyFight.com query regarding the tragic death of 87-year-old Irwin Schiff in prison. ... Not too many people are aware that former IRS enforcement agent Joe Banister (interviewed by LibertyFight.com in the video below) was first challenged on the legality and legitimacy of the IRS when he heard a radio interview with Devvy Kidd many years ago. Banister set out to prove Devvy wrong and began his research- only to find out that she was right. That led to Banister's activism and eventually culminated with him being surrounded by police at gunpoint, arrested, and later acquitted of all charges.

" Can there be any more despicable an action by "our" government than to chain an 87 year old man to a bed who is dying and deny him compassionate release to die surrounded by his family? In April 2015, convicted murderer, Randy Weeks, age 55 dying o cancer was given compassionate release to die at the Marin County Hospital in California, with his family. Irwin Schiff was treated like a murderer over the issue of federal "income" tax returns. "One has to wonder how people who carry out such inhumane orders look themselves in the mirror every morning? A popular saying is: 'The eyes are the window to the soul'. America is populated with dead souls. The Golden Rule has long since died in this country. Paychecks are more important than the Constitution. Paychecks are more important than compassion and mercy. Eternity is a long time and I wouldn't want to be in their shoes on judgment day."
