Which I wouldn't put past Hillary or most of the other candidates running in both parties. Putin acknowledges the reality of Mutual Assured Destruction while American contenders pretend it doesn't exist. The President of China has already said that a war between the U.S. and China would benefit neither. He knows the reality of the situation, as does Putin. Between the nations of the world, they likely posses enough nukes to destroy the worl worl world ten times over.
